Read your 360 report

Start with the plain-language answer and priority matrix, then your benchmarked scores, blind spots and progress over time.

Step 01 · 02

Start with the answer, and where to focus

Your report doesn’t open with a wall of numbers. It opens with a plain-language summary of what to do next — then a priority matrix showing exactly where to focus first.

The clearest development priority is delivery & improvement — rated highly important but below where the rest of your profile sits. You’re strongest on leading & inspiring, with one blind spot worth a conversation.

Step 03

Open your report and read your scores

Open My 360 report from your dashboard. Each section shows your performance score, with the organisation benchmark marked so you can see where you’re ahead or behind.

Step 04

Compare peer groups & blind spots

The most useful insight in a 360 is the gap between how you see yourself and how others see you. Scores are broken down by peer group so blind spots stand out.

A higher self-score than your reports’ view — worth a conversation.
Behind the scenes, a response-quality check flags any rushed, extreme or outlier reviewer for your administrator’s judgement — surfaced for fairness, never removed automatically. So the picture you get is honest and fair.

Step 05 · 06

Read the themes, and track change

Anonymised comments are grouped into themes so patterns are easy to see. And where you’ve been reviewed before, each score sits next to last period’s, so progress is obvious.
