Where is our data hosted?
On Microsoft Azure in the UK South region, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data stays in the UK.
Are you GDPR-compliant? Do you offer a DPA?
Yes. Critical 360 is GDPR-compliant by design, with per-organisation data isolation, and we provide a standard Data Processing Agreement.
Do you support single sign-on?
Yes — the platform is Microsoft Entra ID / SSO ready, so your staff can sign in with their existing accounts.
What about WCAG accessibility?
The platform is built to WCAG 2.2 AA. Accessibility is a first-class requirement, not an afterthought — this website is built to the same standard.
