Give feedback as a reviewer
How a nominated reviewer completes an anonymous questionnaire — on any device, saving as they go.

Step 01
Open your personal link
You’ll get an email inviting you to give feedback, with a private, one-time link. No account, no password — it opens straight on your phone, tablet or computer.
Fully anonymous. The person being reviewed never sees who said what — feedback is combined by peer group before it appears on any report.

Rate each statement, and comment
For each statement you give two scores from 1 to 10 — how important the attribute is, and how the person actually performs — or mark N/A. Add a comment where invited.
